Terms & Conditions for Subscription plan

BestScore, operated by KGIL Fintech Solutions Private Limited

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the subscription services provided by KGIL Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) through the BestScore mobile application and website (“Platform”).

By subscribing to or using BestScore, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

BestScore provides credit-health and credit-improvement services, including:

  • Personalized Credit Report
  • Credit Health Analysis
  • Credit Improvement Plan (CIP)
  • Personalized credit improvement recommendations

BestScore is not a lender and does not provide, approve, arrange, or guarantee loans or credit facilities. The subscription fee is solely for the credit-related services provided through the Platform.

2. Subscription & Pricing

  • Trial: ₹9 for 1 day.
  • Recurring subscription: ₹199 per month after the trial.
  • The subscription renews automatically based on the payment authorization provided by the Customer.
  • Customers may cancel the recurring subscription as per the cancellation process available on the Platform.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.

3. Credit Improvement Plan

  • The CIP provides personalized insights, recommendations, and guidance intended to help users understand and improve their credit profile.
  • The CIP is advisory in nature and does not guarantee any specific increase in credit score, loan approval, or other financial outcome.

4. Credit Report

  • Credit reports and related information may be obtained from applicable credit information sources with the required customer consent.
  • BestScore does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties.

5. Data & Privacy

Customer information will be collected, processed, and used for providing BestScore services in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate information.
  • Users must not misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

7. Disclaimer

BestScore does not guarantee:

  • Credit-score improvement
  • Correction of credit records
  • Loan approval

8. Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or as required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
